Reculez doucement pour en voir 3 à 15-20 cm environ. Gardez en fixation ces trois points et laissez la netteté de l’image venir lentement. Déplacez votre regard vers le centre de l’image en gardant la fixation. Vous voyez maintenant en trois dimensions !<br /> <span style="color: #0000ff;"><i><b><br /> Méthode 2:</b></i></span> Placez une plaque transparente et regardez les reflets ou une image placée derrière vous (ex: une lumière, un objet). Attendez que l’image se forme doucement,&nbsp; puis déplacez doucement votre regard vers le centre de l’image...</p> <p align="justify"><i><b><span style="color: #0000ff;">Astuce:</span></b></i> Placez vous même des petits ronds au dessus du stéréogramme que vous voulez voir. Vous constaterez une reproduction de l'image tous les 1 cm environ, c'est un cycle.
